Coralie Moysan, a contestant in 2026, will take home a top prize in Paris. Here’s a summary of her journey to help explain her victory at the “French Championship” during the 2026 Snack Show.

Coralie is the kind of person who stands out for the quality of her work and her dedication. Her courage and patience are evident in everything she does. She never gives up!

A native of Fay-sur-Lignon (Haute-Loire), she opened a shop in 2011 in her hometown, Les Delices du Mezenc. It’s a small venture that plays a vital role in sustaining traditional commerce in an isolated region where the few surrounding villages are experiencing a decline in population. The shop features local cheeses and charcuterie, and also offers a space for socializing, in the form of a large terrace: why sit out in the wind on a terrace at an altitude of over 1,000 meters? It’s the little details that make all the difference.

Maternity leave was approaching, along with its challenges—but she turned them to her advantage. With little time to prepare meals for her baby, and while stores offer a plethora of options—but everything is highly processed—she launched Biomilia: complete meals made from dehydrated grains and vegetables for overwhelmed parents. Shortly thereafter, her jars were stocked in Gamm Vert and other specialty stores, and available for delivery throughout France.

In addition to these activities, Coralie is in high demand for her plating arrangements at weddings, baptisms, and other events where the cocktail hour is the heart of the gathering, centered on sharing. Each arrangement is custom-designed, with a significant element of creativity: there’s something to delight all five senses.

Now is a good time to recall that Coralie began this journey at a very young age: her parents used to travel the markets of the Haute-Loire region, selling local cheeses and charcuterie. That was just the beginning of her career; today, it’s clear that she has drawn on the best of every stage to create something new.

On behalf of the entire Plateau team, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Coralie for this public recognition of your achievements, which underscore your dedication to a constant pursuit of excellence.
